I used to live in Manchester for quite a few years and this was always my number one restaurant. I moved to Enfield earlier this year and I miss the Main Pub so much! We've searched for a new place around here to become regulars, but nothing beats the Pub. We've found that we're overpaying at restaurants that don't deliver HALF the quality and service the Main Pub does. Dinner was great and so was the service. I've been dying to go eat on the new patio and I loved it.
Our flat iron steaks were over cooked, sent them back, only to have a manager come out, plop the 2 plates down in front of the wrong people and used her cell phone flashlight to prove are steaks were medium rare, but they were medium well to well! She refused to re cook them and embarrassed us on the patio in front of everyone! It was my daughters 25th birthday so this was horrible! Shame on you for having a manager like that, she had zero customer service skills!

Here's the deal- fantastic atmosphere, great service and food. However, it was our first experience here and when my fish tacos came out with a giant black hair on top of the cheese like a garnish, and the only remedy was to replace them, Im not totally impressed. I was super nice about it, and the appropriate resolution would have been to take it off our bill. Hair in food is no exception to comping a meal, it should be the main reason. The patio is nice and only, the food is not good and the owner is a huge stupid person. I do not go back to this place I prefer to spend my time with my friends and my money in a place where it has: patio, good food and more educated people.
This was my first time attending karaoke on a Sunday. The atmosphere was warm and inviting! I will definitely be back on next week!
The food was great, the staff was very friendly, but the service was kind of slow. Overall not too bad until a band the "van burens" got up and started bashing Donald Trump. They sang a strange mix of music that obviously catered to a hateful liberal crowd. Not interested, we were just out to have a good time. #keepyourdementedpoliticalviewstoyourself. Goodbye
The main pub has a kind and caring staff. If there is an issue they will resolve it right away. Great food, great drinks, great people!!
