Worst ever. – What a nightmare this place is. It's convenient to my morning stop at Coffee Bean, so instead of making a second trip to the Post Office to mail a package, I thought, "it must be the same price so I'm sure it's fine." WRONG. Awful Customer Service! – This place deserves less than one star. The "lady" who obviously manages or owns the place was completely disinterested when I tried to drop off some prepaid UPS packages as she wasn't making a sale and actually tried to charge me for using a few pieces of tape needed to affix the labels. As someone who has lived in Hancock Park for over 25 years, I have never experienced such unfriendly and rude customer service. The Mail Shoppe should be avoided at all costs.
