RecommendedI just left The Mailroom and I have to say I overheard some conversation between a little older lady who probably weighs 100 pounds soaking wet and the owner of the establishment and an employee. They were trying to comfort her while also not letting her get scammed. I thank God that we have these caring individuals who care enough to stop a total stranger from being so upset and worried about what would happen if she didn't mail the package. The staff at The Mail Room in Lavale were fantastic! I had packed items wrong and they helpfully opened, reorganized, and repacked my entire shipment! They were friendly, efficient, and suggested the best way to ship for the lowest price. I will definitely be back!

Damaged several expensive packages during wrap prior to ship by rushing and inadequate padding. Offered no concessions and denied doing so, even when buyers contacted them regarding damage-Go somewhere else, I did and I am glad I did!! Bizarre tactics, multiple recycled (used) boxes at premium new prices undisclosed of course. Years of business flushed by their greed and incompetence. It took me a while, but I learned a valuable lesson. I contacted the better business bureau about their tactics.
