Can't live without them! I used this Molly Maid office in the past, but cancelled to save money, while my husband went back to school. I missed them too much to stay away for long! After having a baby and heading back to work, I can't afford NOT TO have Molly Maid clean my home. Don't purchase a Molly Maid Groupon! Scam!! DO NOT purchase a $40 Molly Maid Groupon fromo them for 1 hour of cleaning. Very quick to get your credit card info when making an appointment. Apparently - without seeing my house - she said it would take 3-4 hours to get my house cleaned. I've used other services in the past and an hour is typical for a regular cleaning.I went ahead and scheduled cleaning for only an hour (just my floors), but they showed up a day early and charged me a $40 lock-out fee. thanks for doing the job I couldn't do! During our recent relocation, we entrusted the Molly Maids to clean our home during extensive real estate showings. We received many, many compliments on how well our house showed. I believe they kept my former home looking just the way I would have wanted it to.
Molly Maids of Grayslake I love the fact that the ladies speak and understand English. They are very good at what they do. They are fast, though sometimes that can be a problem. Sometimes things are overlooked becuase they are trying to work so fast. Great office staff, very pleased. I wish they were a bit cheaper so I could have them frequent my home more often.
