I booked an appointment with The Florida Maid, but unfortunately, no one showed up. I tried contacting them several times by both text and phone, but I never received a response. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially after making an appointment and setting aside time for the scheduled service. The team showed up on time, followed the instructions and were thorough. I have a small house and three team members showed up, each one focused on specific tasks and completed the job in under two hours. No membership required, easy pay structure, professional, licensed and insured as well as being in business for many years.
