Pathetic customer interaction. I put an enquiry through web and they reach out to me but the lady over call was so rude when I told her my expectations and price range. Just wanted to inform the owner/manager - do give appropriate training to your staff for customer relationships or else you will loose your new/existing customers in no time.
The team with Jaquelyn #6 was though and I'm happy with the service. I appreciate their attention to detail and that they took extra care cleaning my foyer stairs.
Team #8 with Yesenia and team #2 with Lina did a fantastic job with my apartment. Very grateful for their hard work
