My husband and I hired this company for a pre-move-in cleaning and were extremely disappointed with the results. For over $400, we expected a thorough clean, but that’s not what we walked into. There was visible dirt left on the stairs, leftover product and residue in the shower, and multiple areas that clearly hadn’t been touched. Spent 3.5 hours cleaning what they missed. I did a walk through of the house with them when they arrived and showed them all this. I told the owner about all that they missed and he felt that it was only worth a 6% refund. I spent more time cleaning what you see in the pictures, than they spent on my entire house. There were also numerous one-off misses on windows (which cost extra) and my cabinets that they simply did not do. I would not recommend hiring this team for any serious or deep cleaning needs. The Maids were very professional from start to finish - setting up an appointment was easy, David is very nice and easy to talk to. The team was prompt, courteous and very thorough. They were able to achieve things like getting our stubborn rust stains and make our gross old carpet look like new again. I thought they did a great job and will definitely hire them again.
David and his team are incredible!! Very thorough, great communication and super easy to work with. The house I moved into needed some TLC and they delivered! Since then I’ve had them come every 2 weeks and they’ve been great! I completely trust them in my home and know they’re thinking of what’s best for me, their customer. Definitely recommend!
