Where to begin… This is the most unethical business owner I’ve ever met. Regardless of what they say, they do NOT do background checks on their staff. I worked there for a full two weeks before they had me fill out new hire paperwork, I guess that was my first red flag. Prior to filling out that paperwork, they had NO information about me, not even my address, because I hadn’t even filled out an application for employment much less given my social for a background check.
