I called into The Maids for a quick rental clean that I needed that same day. I was in a real hurry and the young lady must have heard it, since she asked very concise questions to make sure all my bases were covered and she could give me the most accurate answers. All I needed was a clean of a 2 bed, 2 bath up and down and I needed the inside of all cabinets, closets and inside of the fridge done. The ladies did an absolutely wonderful job! It was my first time ever with a maid service and I really just needed help getting ready for a party I was throwing over the weekend. This is the first time I have ever received service from the Maids. The ladies in the office were extremely friendly and so helpful in helping my arrange a move-out clean for my apartment. It was last minute and my time frame was limited. They got me scheduled without hesitation and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Please tell us about the overall experience: Absolutely awesome! The team paid close attention to all details of my home. They got every single cat hair and made my beds perfectly. My home looks like a resort. I have had many companies over the years and this is the first to go above and beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend this service enough!
The team leaders have always been easy to communicate with and they double check that everything was done according to their high standards. Have had a number of different teams and all have done a great job.
