I write this as an honest warning, as former employee I do not recommend being employed with Mahone Group. The negative reviews are true and I experienced them first hand. Upon meeting the owners of Mahone Group (Susan and Rob Young) they seemed wonderful. They painted a beautiful picture of what it would be like to work there as a recruiter. DO NOT WORK AT THE MAHONE GROUP OR FOR THEM AT ONE OF THEIR CLIENTS!!! BEWARE. Rob and Susan Young are the owners, THEY ARE AWFUL. They are phony and fake. They come across as if they are nice and as if they like you but if hired to work at their office you will find out their personalities are totally opposite. I had a very positive experience working with the Mahone Group. After my initial interview with the agency I was quickly placed in a temporary position for one week. During that week, the Mahone Group was wonderfully supportive. They were informative and answered all my questions. They followed up after my first day and during the week.
