Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would! Management and staff would rather sit in the office with the doors locked so residents cannot even come in for questions or concerns. In the last month I’ve had 7 packages stolen and taken this to management with no help from them or even a meeting about creating a safer mailroom. If you love your sanity don’t move here.
Someone here is a thief and nothing is being done about it I’ve been here less than a year and the person stealing has not been caught or talked too and we have cameras. if you are ok with people stealing from you constantly then this is the best place to get homeless shelter vibes. 0 STARS
My grandmother was having a medical emergency. We asked the apartments to open the door as the police were on the way. They refused to open the door. The front office lady knew the police were on way and proceeded to leave the building. When the police arrived she was nowhere to be found resulting is us having to kick down the door. My grandmother was dead on the floor due to the building not having ac she die of heat!! The apartment was so hot we could not breathe. They’re very solutions based which I appreciate that they don’t just ignore issues. I also appreciate the indoor play area as well as outdoor play area for kids. Units are clean and updated. Office employees seem to circulate often.. there’s lckers to have your packages delivered to the delivery
Horrible managers, one after another. The young man of color wAs only one who was good at his job. Horrible place to live!
