My grandmother was having a medical emergency. We asked the apartments to open the door as the police were on the way. They refused to open the door. The front office lady knew the police were on way and proceeded to leave the building. When the police arrived she was nowhere to be found resulting is us having to kick down the door. They’re very solutions based which I appreciate that they don’t just ignore issues. I also appreciate the indoor play area as well as outdoor play area for kids. Units are clean and updated. Office employees seem to circulate often.. there’s lckers to have your packages delivered to the delivery

Horrible managers, one after another. The young man of color wAs only one who was good at his job. Horrible place to live!

I have lived at The Magnolia for 5 yrs and it is a slum. The owner and managers do not care about their tenants. The garbage situation is always disgusting and hardly any clean up done around the building. There is also a lot of criminal activity by many of the tenants in the building.

The photos here are a fairly accurate representation of the actual apartments. Each unit has a balcony, washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans, and on site maintenance. There's a fair amount of space, the neighborhood is pretty nice, the buildings set-up blocks most noise, and there are very few incidents of homeless people and junkies. Which is amazing given its location on a major thoroughfare. The actual rent (given where and what you get) is a JOKE. Anywhere else you would be paying twice as much. I say again: TWICE ... read more
