The Magliocco Group went "above & beyond" in the sale of my parents home in Silverado Napa. The sale was a little more complicated than most sales, as we live in Florida and everything was done remotely. They helped us every step of the way, provided contacts for gardeners, cleaners, repairs, as it was difficult for us to do remotely. They met with all the vendors to get the small items we needed to have done. It was a smooth process, and we had a contract signed within a week or so!!! I would highly recommend Helo & Karen.

We have always used Helo from the Magliocco Group for all our buying and selling needs. She is among the best in the Valley and always makes the process as painless as possible. She is always very available for showings and answering questions. She has access to some of the best properties as well and has always gotten us top dollar when selling our homes. I highly recommend her if currently looking for an agent.

After buying five homes in Napa over the last 15 years. We can honestly say that we couldn’t have bought our last home without Karen & Helo.
