Could it be that I went on a bad afternoon? I went there with my friend & family who flew out from PR. From the outside it looked like a really nice place. The inside of the ice cream parlor was pretty humid so my friends & I decided to go outside which was actually cooler, the breeze felt nice. Unfortunately the outside eating area was extremely dirty.
