The Madison has helped me maintain my weight loss since being home from the biggest loser. I absolutely love this place and think that everyone who tries one class will be hooked! I burn anywhere between 800-1200 calories per class when using my heart rate monitor and garmin. The staff is incredible and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and encouraged. Can't say enough good things about them.
