This is a mislabeled business I believe this listing was originally meant for the Concourse Hotel, not Sam's Club. Anyways, the first night I stayed in Madison, I spent it at the Concourse, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, as it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
not bad Have been to a couple of events and fundraisers, here. The staff are well trained and friendly. Good food for events.
Decent downtown hotel We reserved a block of guest rooms here for our wedding as well as a suite for people to hang out in. While they would only allow us to block off 20 rooms and the rate wasnt extremely discounted, we did receive good customer service. They were good at getting back to us and providing lists of guests who had reserved rooms. The rooms at the Concourse are pretty old, but the common areas are well maintained.
