I'm not at all impressed with the lack of care and responsiveness from the management team. I was told today that Madison Belmont won't replace the carpet in my elderly mother's apartment-caused by a kitchen sink sewer flood-without her moving her own furniture out of her apartment on her own dime. I counted 8 service orders from August 2017 to present related to backed up plumbing, with the most recent set of orders being related to the sewer flood. We have been living at the Madison Apartment for about a year now. We absolutely love the dog friendly community. We appreciate the professionalism of all the staff, the maintenance crew who always say hi and do a great job of keeping the complex clean. We also appreciate Galina and Raphael for always promptly responding to emails. Upon move in they were renovating their gym and pool area. My dad and I have been so happy living here . The professionalism by the manager has just been out of this world. He helped us transfer to a better apartment it was clean the carpet was new. Since the time I have been here they have kept the properties in wonderful conditions. The maintence men are always cleaning and fixing around this place. The place is quiet and calm. This apartment I am in has a lovely floor plan. We have a picturesque view. Building security is well above average for apartment living in this area.
I've been living here for about a year and I have nothing bad to say on the contrary I enjoy living here the area is pretty good apartments are well kept and every single person in the property is super helpful and polite. The maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner and the office staff is very helpful.
it was the worst experience ever ... admininstration wasn't helping, you have to be very causious and made no mistake, they won't warn you .... they just gonna charge u,
