Never fixed gas leak, fireplace could not use (no cover) AC leaks, mold/mildew, upstairs unit leaked, ceiling and my flooring needed fixed, bugs come out of sink, sewer back up, pipes in wall make loud noise all during day/night common area never upkept in back, security camera did not work, so much wrong, over charge on water look at your submeter, compared to bill, broke lease early, because of so much wrong, never fixed and still had to pay for unit that was unsafe, unsanitary to live in. Stayed there for three years, never had a problem. Then drove two hours away to turn in my keys just to be told I can’t until my last official day. Now this may not be that be of a deal during normal times but in the mix of an outbreak like covid-19 and with the state beginning to shutdown this is unacceptable. I was told my best option was to give my keys to a friend that could turn them in for me. Now, I’m gonna have risk my life and defy BOTH the city and states rule on staying home just to turn in keys.

This is a great place to call home. Staff is kind and helpful and the apartments are beautiful. Maintenance is quick to address any issues. Love that it's pet friendly!
When I had to move down here from NY, I had to come down in the beginning of August to look for a place to live. This was the first complex I saw and I knew this was the one. I did have a rough start with a former employee here but Gloria, Taylor, and Ethyn (who gave me a tour and was super genuine when I looked at this location) have been nothing but helpful and kind to me and my fur baby. The office staff is very friendly and invested in you as a resident. I actually called on a Monday and they: showed me a great apartment, answered all of my questions, and had me moved in by that Friday. The maintenance staff works their tails off every day and I see them around a lot, getting things done.
I moved in this past August on a short notice basis and everyone was very helpful and informative. I have had small service requests to fix a few things but they get done within a timely manner and if it is urgent the next day ( past apartment complexes have not done this). I love living here and will be renewing my lease! :)
I have a 2 bed 2 bath (small). It’s huge, super affordable, and clean. Pool is huge and the gym is nice as well. It’s in a perfect location. Staff is very polite and respectful
I like that the apartments are updated with a modern feel.
