Anika is genuinely the GOAT- I walked in nervous about having to find a new barber since moving, and she immediately diffused all that anxiety. I showed her a reference video at the start, and by halfway into my service I told her to do whatever she thought would look best, because it was clear she knew what she was doing. I could not be happier with the results and the lovely conversation we had. I will definitely be returning to see her in a couple weeks!

日本から来ました。 予約なしで対応してくれました、接客も雰囲気もよかった！ I’m from Japan. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to take me as a walk-in. The service was great, and I really liked the atmosphere.

I had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Anika at Mad One Barbershop today, and I genuinely cannot say enough beautiful things about my experience with her. Loved discovering the shop inside Black Market. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Anika made sure to listen to what I wanted to go for with my cut and got right to work on making sure the cut worked with the type of hair I had and also kept in mind the style I was going for. Came out looking fresh and ready for my next gig.

Highly recommend The Mad One Barbershop in Toronto. Great vibe skilled barbers and impressive attention to detail. I was very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend this shop to others.
