So quick and easy. They were in and out with no mess. Also, they were able to educate me on care going forward.
Excellent chimney sweep! Well cleaned chimney and wood stove. Always friendly and does not leave a mess. A job well done and do recommend them.
Mad Hatter were polite, informative, and efficient as well as reasonably priced. They gave us great tips on how to save money when we repair our chimney, cleaned everything well and charged less than the competition. Great job.
We have been making appointments with these guys ever since we bought our home in the early 90's. The man they sent was very polite and showed up right when he was supposed too. He was quick and didn't leave a single speck of dirt on our floors. My wife and I won't go anywhere else. We are never pressured into buying anything (like a chimney cap). They have also done some much needed repairs for us over the years, and given us the best price around. I recommend this company 150%.
Why can't we rate as a zero?! Two times these guys have been no shows. First time I had to reschedule appointments at work to be home for their 1 hour arrival window. 90 minutes after not arriving I called. The business phone number is actually a cell phone with a persistently full voice mail. So I texted. The owner finally called back, sounding drunk and dumbfounded.
