The woman at the front desk just watched my daughter struggle to get through the snow covered sidewalk ( she does physical therapy with the company inside and uses a walker) so I had to shovel and salt the sidewalk myself, desk woman was pointless!
I'm here for just two weeks of vacation. Big plus is - I could get a short term Membership and just pay it in advance without signing up or any rocketsience. Bright, open, very clean, good equipment and awesome staff. And even more important... no idiots.

Best health clubs in Cedar Rapids. With an amazing staff & members. Always updating equipment & very clean. Love the variety of classes offered. Oh & the family that owns the MAC is the best, Love them !!!!
