Always do a great job. Awesome mechanics, service is always done right the first time and prices are reasonable
Before starting up his own shop, Joe, was a master technician at New Century BMW. I took my e39 touring to M Shop and he made sure that everything is taken care of each visit. His partner is very helpful at responding to questions at bimmerforums and are easy to work with.
If you have a BMW (including Mini) this is the shop 4 you. Prices somewhere between "tony" and the dealer so not the cheapest option, but the service is better than the dealer. Quick, reliable, really know their cars. Each time I go in I get a full run down of everything, but no pressure to fix everything then and there. In some cases they've identified issued, but recommended we wait six months... Place you can stop by and they'll replace a tail-lite and reset the dashboard indicator for free while you wait (True story)
