Our AC was not working during the hot spell. Dion came out the next day and cleaned everything and we are up and running again.
Treated courteously. Loved apartment and amenities.

Our experience leading up to signing the M on Hennepin lease and getting our keys has been smooth and effortless. We love our space, and Olivia has been very prompt and patient in answering any question we have had. We are looking forward to moving in!
I lived here for about 1.5 years and did not renew my lease mostly due to poor management. There is no on-site office and management is not around the building very often. This leaves them out of touch with what is happening with the building and slow to respond to issues. Their level of communication to the residents overall is greatly lacking.
