RecommendedIt's a great location and lovely place to live, but the lyon has exceptional management. We were some of the first to move in and have seen two different managers; both exceptional in their efforts to make sure it's a great place to live. We did not frequently need a repair, but when we did, it was often completed same day at a time convenient for us. My husband and I have been living at the Lyons for the past few months while he is working in Des Moines. It's a very enjoyable place to live. It is very close to his office and there is so much food and shopping to walk to. The people are awesome here! They are very welcoming and accommodating. Inside the apartments it is very quiet. We hardly ever hear our neighbors. Having a washer and dryer right in the apt has really been convenient. We hope to be able to stay here everytime we are in town!
Best views in the city! Propert manager made move in easy !
SAM and gabes new restaurant on the main floor is amazing!!! Great food, ambiance and view! Check it out!!!!!!!!!!
