Good place to live!
Moved out July 2017 and finally received part of my deposit refund at mid October. They secretly charged extra $165 for no reason. In their reply to my question, they described it as an “oversight” and promised they will give me back this overcharged money. However, till now, January 2018, I got nothing from them, they even didn’t reply my messages. Awful experience from them. To anyone who is living there, read your bills carefully!
I give 0/10, they charge $150 per person at end of lease for cleaning a 4 bedroom townhouse. After it was cleaned by the tenants. Also my daughter moved out in July, can't even get the rest of the deposit back, 5 months later, saying it was lost in the mail. Can not get a call from Whitney. Would really consider other options. Please report to BBB if you are having the same issues, it is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced
My son Gavin lives there and he loves it!! They are very helpful, have a lot of room options and have great prices!!
The Lyfe is a wonderful place to live with many amenities that cater to students and the community. Tony is a great CA, that knows how to relate to the students and understand their needs in student housing.
Don’t live here if you want them to charge you random fees at the end of your lease for things that weren’t damaged at all. Everyone I know that lived there(about 12 people) was charged $150 at the end out of nowhere. They are not responsive and don’t properly send a notice to you. The Management on the property is impossible to contact and will not respond to emails.
