Great friendly staff, within walking distance to so much, & super affordable!
I’ve lived at the Lyfe since August 16th and so far it has been a great experience overall. The resources they have for students are great, and the staff is always going above and beyond for the residents.
RecommendedThe Lyfe has been the perfect choice for housing for me as a college student. My maintenance requests have been completed in a thorough and timely manner and management has been great to work with. Plus the shuttle makes commuting to campus super easy. All around a a good place to live.
The Lyfe is a great place to be. HyVee is close, plenty of restaurants and bars of your into that. Access to a gym and a pool. The rooms are spacious and it’s close enough to campus but far enough to not have a loud background.
RecommendedI just moved back home to Columbia after living in Cincinnati. I can't express how AMAZING the management is here. They were so accommodating and got me into a unit as soon as they could! I cannot thank them enough for how genuine and helpful the staff is. Highly recommend! 10/10!
