Overall excellent experience! The entire team is friendly and easy to work with. They address everything and are very professional. My apartment was spotless at move-in, and they follow up and communicate. I moved from Denton County to be closer to Dallas and Rise was the perfect choice in the heart of everything.

Sofia and Lucero are always ready to help. Adrian and Julio are always making sure my apartment is impeccable.
Rise Management took over about a year ago and their entire on-site team is wonderful. They keep the property clean and are on a first name basis with the people in the community. If you want a a more personal place to live with nice people and a lovely creek, this is the place to be. It is convenient to all major roads.
