I had a truly positive experience with Dr. Polito. He took the time to thoroughly explain my situation in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed during the appointment. His kindness and patience really stood out, and I appreciated how he made sure I felt comfortable and informed. He even walked me to the exit after the visit—it speaks volumes about his genuine care for his patients.

The Mercy Lung center is very close to my house so that is very helpful. The staff at the check in were very nice. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen. The women conducting the breathing tests was amazing. She talks to you every step of the way. Guiding you through the whole tests. She made you feel at ease and made the test less stressful.
