Very tedious and complicated as well as non transparent leasing process. Too many questions, too many unreasonable requests. In simple words – very rigid management
Not a full time doorman building anymore. Residents were just issued key fobs for when the front door is locked and no one is at the front desk. Management will probably say that this is just in case the doorman has to step away but "full time" means "all the time" in my book and it's a safety concern for me.
