We visited Warrington location for a date night. We’ve never been to the Lucky Well before. The food was phenomenal. Loved the French onion soup. The bartender Steve was very knowledgeable and personable! We enjoyed talking with him. We will return for sure!
A great place to go. Everyone there is nice and the BBQ is solid. I'm saying that as a person who grew up mostly in the South.
We love nothing more than good bbq and sadly this fell very short of the mark. The pork was very dry, flavorless and just plain bland. The baked beans tasted like a sweet sloppy joe with more meat than beans. They also lack good barbecue sauce which is really a staple in any true bbq joint. Even their mustard sauce tasted like watered down Gulden’s mustard and not a true NC mustard sauce.
