Beautiful loft apartments in the heart of historic Pioneer Square. The manager/owner Kia is extremely responsive and competent, providing a much better resident experience than you’ll find at a large corporate property or with a third party property manager. She is truly a pleasure to work with. The building is a secure haven in an otherwise lively neighborhood.
My favorite place to live so far! We had a beautiful roof top deck and large one bedroom loft that really changed our lives in Covid! Great location next to UPS garden, blocks from the waterfront, easy walk to Pike Place- it was perfect. Great landlord and building maintenance. Highly recommended!

living at the Lucknow was magical! the apartment was so lovely and open and a loft! The manager Kia, is the best and always responds right away. Living in Pioneer Square was fantastic for commuting and just beautiful in general. I hope to go back to Seattle someday and move back in to the Lucknow. I would wholeheartedly recommend!
I lived in the Lucknow for seven years in two different 4th floor units. It was by far the best apartment I've ever lived in, I only left to begin the process of buying a house in a more residential area. I loved the historic style of building and how each unit is unique, having my own deck and huge South facing windows, exposed beams and brick and hardwood floors.
