Giving a benefit of the doubt (and not having much time) I have gone with 3 vehicles and all 3 just happen to develop problems and breakdown within a week. first car was working fine before the transmission flush but within a week started slipping. Second car radiator blew up about 3 days later. and my third car ( that I got to replace the first one rather then replace the transmission) over heated that same day!
I took my new car the other day, thinking I would have a great shine when it came out. I was expecting it to be cleaned and instead it still had 4 dirt sports on the hood, I think it even scratched my hood and it had water marks. It was very disappointing. The tires looked good, but the wash was terrible. I won't be going back.

took my car here since I didn't have the time to do it yesterday and I paid for the ultimate works wash. I certainly did not receive such. my car still had soap on it when they were " done". I still had dust on my dashboard, there was still dog hair on my front passenger seat. and I paid for interior scent, which was never put in. the tire shine didn't even stay to a shine for the whole day. about 4 hours after, they looked dry and as if they had never been touched. so I pulled my car out and finished what they started. but ... read more

Don't go they will mess your car up and you will habe to spend more money to get it running again.
I had my car serviced for a transmission fluid change and 2 days after it was done my transmission started slipping. I did not have any issues with my transmission before hand and the company is now refusing to do anything to correct the problem. The manager of the location is refusing that they are in error and contacting corporate is difficult. For me to now replace my transmission will cost me several thousand dollars and I have to pay for it. I would have been better off not changing my fluid. I have a bmw with only 100,... read more
I would not recommend this service center to ANYBODY! I went to get a basic oil change, and at least 4 of the procedures that were "checked" or "completed" were not, including my tire pressure (which ironically I needed to fill the next day). I called the center to complain and was told by the manager they would send me a coupon for a free oil change. Days went by with no coupon in my mailbox. I called again, and the same thing happened.
