No way I'll ever go there again. Wosrt prices, and incompetent "technicians". They only want to sell the overpriced services they think you will buy. They yell back and forth about the women in the cars. Code 6 means that there's a girl to look at in a car. If you hear this, all the guys will suddenly need a drink, or make an appearance. I would recommend another place to spend your hard earned dollars.
What a fleece job! I made the mistake of having my wife take our car into this place. They tried to sell her a lot of flushes and cleanings, and so forth that she questioned because the car only has 28,000 miles on it. She told them not to do any of it and took it to our mechanic who looked at it and let us know that it was all really fine. So if you want to get fleeced take your car to the lube center and let them flush the money out of your wallet. Thats what they really want.
Terrible Work Ethic, Takes advangate of customers. WATCH OUT Worst Experience Ever. I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it. They will take advantage of non-car savvy people saying that you need this flush or that and insisting if you dont get it you're car will require serious maintenance.
I am thrilled with The Lube Center's Service I recently visited the Jefferson Street Lube Center and the manager asked to look at my cabin air filter! WHAT A GREAT SERVICE. It was yucky. I've had a problem with a moldy smell for a whole year. I'm just thrilled!
Idiots work here Waste of money. They don't want you to get out of your car so you can't see what they are messing up, or breaking. They break things, and leave things off, then deny it if you come back to have it fixed. They were the last ones under the hood, how isn't it their fault? They are idiots and try to replace knowledge with drinks and lollipops. You can't fool everyone.
C The Lube Center on Jefferson has wonderful service.NEVER trust anything they tell you. Let them change your oil and be on our way. On many occassions they have told me I needed work done When taken to a trusted mechanic each time he has determined that no repairs were needed.
Lube Center is dishonest I had been a loyal customer at Lube Center for several years. On my last visit, the technician opened the glove compartment to check the cabin air filter. When he was done, he evidently failed to reattach all of the parts correctly. After leaving the shop, the heater began making a loud rattling noise. When I returned to the shop, they denied any responsibility. They were smug and indifferent, suggesting that I had caused the problem myself. decent Decent car wash for a decent price. Get the coupon from Giant or other places. not much attention to detail but for that cheap, I guess, nothing more to expect?
not bad This place is pretty good. Decent price. They do oil change and check air and do the rest of the good stuff. I have heard other people have trouble but I have been there just once and so I cannot comment.
