Be careful, especially with foreign cars, just do the oil, nothing else Every time I bring my 2000 Passat they claim my power steering needs to be flushed because it no longer is green. Since I recently had the PS flushed by the dealer I suspected something. It turns out that volkswagen uses a specific mineral oil (only sold there and online) in the PS and conventional PS fluid will ruin the system. Another time they wanted to change the pollen filter. Lost Trust In Them The first time I went there I had my oil change there, I was pleased because the service seemed quick and easy. They "recommended" some additional service to be done but I declined. I didn't know anything was wrong until I opened my hood for other check up that I found out that The Lube Center neglected to close my cap. No one else has opened the hood since my visit with them so I was 100% sure that they were the one who didn't screw back the cap. Never going again We stopped for a oil change. It was recommended that we have a coolant flush because there was rust in the tank. This is a costly operation so we had to get back there when we had the money. The tech said it would be fine until then. That very night we had our engine overheat. Now we find out there is oil in the tank, not rust,resulting in a blown head gasket. This could have caused us to be stranded or caused a accident. Very disappointed with the service.

Friendly folks, quick service, and they explained everything you were purchasing and what they were doing. The second time I went: When I called over the phone, I asked for the minimum oil change and for the price of the wipers, which she said was about 67.00 overall (22 for wipers). Great Job! I don't often do online reviews, but I have received such great service at the Lube Center on Jefferson Street that I decided to take a few minutes to comment. The team there is very friendly, efficient and always does a fast, great job.
Perfect I went in yesterday because my tire had a slow leak. They took us right away and were friendly and efficient. The nice gentleman who helped us pulled a large screw out of my tire. Then he filled all of my tires to winter specifications and topped off all my fluids (I didn't even have to ask!) Then he told us we were clear to go - no payment necessary since all he had to do was remove the screw - no major work. excellent service and professional employees I have visited The lube center twice in the past 6 months and i must say they are very educated and reliable. There is a technian by the name of Thomas who worked on my car both times, this young man who is very personable and knows his stuff. I read the reviews other members have written before going and was a little sceptickle. I watched Thomas do everything he said he did as he explained it to me.
