I moved here after renting an apartment in a victorian house with a mushroom growing out of the wall. This place is like heaven compared to that. Cynthia in the main office is extremely kind and helpful. Maintenance is pretty fast at fixing things. The units are updated, clean, and quiet. There is a great gym, and pool is excellent on the hot days. I always felt safe here with the locked entrances. It's a solid location from downtown Savannah and midtown. I recently moved in to the Lowe from another apartment in Savannah, and have been very impressed with Cynthia in the office and with the experience as a whole. She made the move in process so smooth, and the community and location are awesome.
Me and my partner are still relatively new residents, but now that we have spent the last 3 ½ months here I feel we can leave a detailed review of life at the Lowe. The building is new but it's not just fresh construction that makes the building feel clean and well designed. They have fantastic amenities and a diligent maintenance crew keeping our hallways, common areas, and surrounding grounds clean.
