Beyond disappointed here. Waited 3 months for an appointment with Puppet. Called twice, a week before and the day before, to make sure he got my emails of what needed fixed. He gave me reassurance that I’m good to go. Get to my appointment, he’s not there and I’m told I don’t have an appointment scheduled but they’ll do what they can to accommodate me. Waited another 45 minutes and he still didn’t show up. Nope. Bye.
I went in with my friend to check on pricing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a few people. Puppet gave my friend a quote, which was super cheap! My friend came back the next week and got a coverup tattoo by Justin Fasulo! It was amazing!! I brought my son in to get his first tattoo by Justin.
