Not Recommended – Lorenzana sent John S Butler to assist us in an appeal. Mr. Butler was incompetent and provided erroneous advise and council which, in the end, caused the court to dismiss the appeal before even considering it on its own merits. Fast and reasonable review of my case – I'm in California but had a question about a note with what I hoped was collateral in TX, so I contacted the firm. Once I made it clear what I needed and sent all the docs, within 5 bus days they'd dug up the info and let me know what I could and couldn't do. When I couldn't proceed in TX, they gave me info on how to proceed in CA. The fees are reasonable and it was good to just get a resolution so I could decide what to do next.
