Recently moved in and so far so good! The interior finishes are solid, good soundproofing, and the location is unbeatable between the lake and walking distance to the light rail. Darcy the property manager was super helpful with my tour and getting me moved in.
The Loop Apartments has been a great place to live so far! The unit is really nice - clean, modern, and feels like good value for the price. The location is also amazing! It’s a 2-minute walk to Green Lake, and just as close to grocery stores, a barbershop, and a bunch of other useful spots. Management has been super helpful since day one as well (Grace and Yona are amazing!), especially during my move-in. I’ve been living here for over two years, and it’s been smooth sailing so far. The manager, Grace, and the maintenance staff are professional and responsive. The location is awesome.
Serious issues here. Made an appointment for move out. Nobody was in the office in the day of move out (the day of my flight departure) and return of keys. Frustrated. I just had to leave. Even after days, not getting any response from apt staff. Not returning any deposit. No further information about how move out was processed. I don't think this should be happening
One star to the leasing agent, had an appointment but no one at the leasing office, had to stand outside for 20 minutes and left. Apparently many other people think she's slacky too
