Hair stylist Cescily is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. The salon always confirms your appointment and twice this hair stylist Cescily has got back to me last minute after hours and days of confirming appointment once stating that your appointment is cancelled when I had an important meeting and second time asking can you come tomorrow.
