I've been going to Gail for years, even when I moved to LA for 3 years, I would come back to visit and schedule an appointment with her just because she is that awesome. I'm happy to be back in Orlando so I can see her more often. I would highly recommend her!!
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I appropriately scheduled an appointment with Camille and when I arrived was told she was behind and got Michelle. Fine. All was going well until the very end of my cut when the manager or some control freak started further cutting my hair. Why? I discussed what I wanted with Michelle. Hair cutting is not a team event. Well first off, the salon itself is fab. There's a stylish blow dry bar, where bubbly is served, hellloooo! Color and a mimosa? Yes, please. The juxtaposition of industrial with sparkly chandeliers is awesome. My stylist, Jen, masterfully executed some pretty amazing color mojo and a super cute cut, of which I'm extremely grateful. The staff and owner, also exceeded expectations. I'm one happy, stylin' blonde.
