I don’t write many reviews, but as someone who wasn’t really sold on therapy for a very long time and who was scared of possibly being vulnerable to someone who may just view me as “my 2pm”, I’m hoping this will help someone else :) My therapist here is Joseph Grimsley. Joseph is amazing - very straightforward & helped me focus on a goal at a time & creating a clear plan of action for whatever I’m going through at the moment. Validates my feelings while also posing questions / perspectives I hadn’t considered. He’s definitely become necessary in my journey!
Joseph is an amazing therapist. He really helps ground me and guide me through difficult times. I’m a single mom that works and goes to school. He helps me deal with everyday stressors to my mental health issues. I could not recommend this therapist enough!

I have spent the better part of a year now working with Joseph Grimsley, and it has sincerely been one of the best decisions I have made.
