I have been with Joesph for around five months now and I have seen and felt such positive change in myself. I find myself getting more comfortable with talking about myself than ever before. The input I get back is amazing, I feel stronger and more confident about my life and don’t know really what I would do with out Joseph. So thank you

I don’t write many reviews, but as someone who wasn’t really sold on therapy for a very long time and who was scared of possibly being vulnerable to someone who may just view me as “my 2pm”, I’m hoping this will help someone else :) My therapist here is Joseph Grimsley. Joseph is amazing - very straightforward & helped me focus on a goal at a time & creating a clear plan of action for whatever I’m going through at the moment. Validates my feelings while also posing questions / perspectives I hadn’t considered. He’s definitely become necessary in my journey!
