Maintenance experience was great! Misael worked quickly and effectively to solve my issues even over the weekend and was willing to make multiple trips to the apt complex and set up a follow up appointment during the following week! I’m more than happy with the results!

Lived here for 3 years. Pros: The management team is New Land, so overall had good experiences with them. They will resolve what they can and what they have the budget for. The maintenance team is prompt and have no complaints about my time there (shoutout Tony). The rent is also affordable for the area, but they started charging $10 a month for storage units which in my opinion is not necessary. Cons: There is little to no insulation between units.
