Tony Nollie did a wonderful job. He removed the old ac and replaced it with the new one within less than 10 minutes. Maybe even shorter than that. He deserves a raise! He’s a valuable employee, he’s polite and well mannered.
Maintenance Technician, Tony Nollie, has helped me on multiple occasions. He is quick at responding, takes my concerns seriously, and goes out of his way to explain things to me (such as how an oven system works). He is dedicated to ensuring residents are comfortable and safe in their homes. An additional positive is that he always does so with such a kind and friendly demeanor. Thanks Tony!!!
