Overall have had a good experience living here at The London House. The leasing and maintenance teams are prompt and helpful (shout out to Misael Gomez for helping me out with my emergencies outside work/normal hours).
My girlfriend and I had issues with the sink draining and a window opening, so we put a maintenance request in. Within a day the sink had been handled by Tony Nollie and that Monday he came back and examined the window. He didn't mind at all that our cat was being snoopy and was perfectly happy to explain to me (someone with zero knowledge of such things) why the issue was happening, how he was going to fix it, why a specific part couldn't just be shaved down to fit, and when they were expecting the part to arrive. My AC wasn’t turning on and Tony Nollie came in with a whole new upgraded unit and replaced it in under 5 minutes, definitely knows what he’s doing and made it a seamless process. Thanks Tony!
Tony Nollie responded to our emergency maintenance request. He came really quickly and was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained what the issue was and assured us that it wouldn’t happen again but also let us know how to fix it if we ever needed to. We really appreciated him
