I have to say this hotel was the perfect hotel .. by the checking in until the day we left ... very accommodating... anything you asked for they got it for you ... My daughter had her engagement party there and I couldn't have asked for a better place. My son-in-law booked it months ago and it was the best thing he ever did !!! I’m having a terrible first night of my celebration in NYC at your hotel tonight. First off, when I checked in the room I had booked wasn’t available because you have a water pipe problem. So we have this tiny hotel room. We got back from dinner and simply sat on the edge of our bed and the bed completely broke. There are 4 guys in our hotel room trying to fix it right now. The one bedroom suite is excellent for families - great size, excellent amenities in the kitchen area. The doormen, concierge and front desk staff that assisted us were efficient and courteous. I look forward to future visits at this location.
