unprofessional they got the worst customer service that you will ever find! they don't care if anything breaks at ur apt, wont even bother to follow up, always argument at the office, all they care about is their money, charges way too much for water, I had paid $120 plus for a month!!! they don't even pay that much for a house!!!!the most unprofessional one in there is Rachel, I don't even know why she is till there! u want a manager who stays on top of issues and find a way to fix it instead of coming with some lame excuse... read more

You should be ashamed of yourself putting violation stickers on cars of people parking to give blood and bring aid to the shooting victims. The residence areas were fine and not being occupied. You should be a little more understanding and willing to help support this town during arguable the worst mass shooting in United States history....
Absolutely awful They must pay people to write good reviews online that say they are "friendly".... I have never been treated so unprofessional, rude, difficult to work with, and all around AWFUL. I would never recommend someone to stay here based on it being ridiculously overpriced and the worst service you could imagine.

This place is HORRIBLE! The apartments are beautiful but the staff lies and manipulates the price to make it hard for people to get approved. I am a single mom and it was scary renting my first place and Yvonne, Danielle and Tiana made me feel like i was a piece of S***. They are full of themselves and talk to people like they are better then them. They talk down to you and get annoyed when you ask them questions. Terrible complex ,property does not work with you. every year they raise your rent 740.00 to 915.00 in 3yrs for one bedroom apartment say they are dog friendly but not really, Trash always over flowing, change mail keys with out notifying tenants. Gate keys don't work all the time , not all the gates even work, bad security patrol's are hours and hours in between patrols no walking officer's.
