Outstanding customer service.
I had a leak under the kitchen sink, which was not on the work order. It was completely replaced and fixed in an hour. And my original work order was for the wash/dry unit and really we just needed a lesson on how to use it. Which he gave a perfect explanation for.
Bree went above and beyond to give my partner and I the best tour. She answered all questions and was so kind. We toured over 8 different apartments around Detroit and Bree was by far the best tour out of all them.
We’ve been here for over five years. Maintenance is excellent. Good secure parking. Management has never unreasonably jacked up our rent. That's happened at other properties around here. Unlike other downtown properties, they’re committed to keeping AirBnB parties out. It’s not perfect but I don’t know of any place better around downtown. Living on Woodward is fun and convenient but can be noisy. Unfortunately we have old single pane windows. All in all, it's a good place to live.
Great place to live. Management responsive. Units are nice - we have a huge 1 bedroom facing Woodward and love it. Can be a bit noisy on game days, weekends and concert days, but the bedroom is in the back…so we don’t mind it. Love the convenience of restaurants sports, theatre and shopping.
