By far, better customer service and communication with residents. Staff doesn't seem to know what is going on, especially one task guy who is just rude. Apartment layout is odd, finishes are not the best and a bit dated.
By far, better customer service and communication with residents. Staff doesn't seem to know what is going on, especially one tall guy who has been rude to me and my roommates in separate occasions. Our parking spot has apparently just been assigned to someone else. Have sent this Facebook account messages (more than a couple months ago) and still haven't heard back from them.
Lofts is a great place to live. Its a premium luxury apartments. Management is great. There are so many things to do around here. You will really enjoy it here.
Came home after a 13 hour work day to a hot apartment. AC is out for the fourth or fifth time in less than one year. They’ll slap another band aid on it tomorrow when they get around to it and it’ll hold for a month or two until the next time. Just what you want to deal with in August in Houston! Glad I live at *The Lofts*. Elite address...but no working AC!🤔
