This is a very bad place to live. Firstly, it is expensive. I was already paying about 1250$ + utilities + 50$ in other mandatory fees (trash valet, parking), and they raised it to about 1500$ in one year. This is a 20% increase in rent. Secondly, they cannot maintain their facilities properly. The elevator was broken at least 3 times in the last year, and the electricity was out for over 24 hours in two separate instances in building two.
