This is a very bad place to live. Firstly, it is expensive. I was already paying about 1250$ + utilities + 50$ in other mandatory fees (trash valet, parking), and they raised it to about 1500$ in one year. This is a 20% increase in rent. Secondly, they cannot maintain their facilities properly. The elevator was broken at least 3 times in the last year, and the electricity was out for over 24 hours in two separate instances in building two. I can never say enough about the quality of service and attention the staff gives to all concerns. The units are beautiful, with an urban feel, as well. Marcus, Eric and Nicole have been great to deal with. They address any issue with prompt professionalism. I 💜 Lofts at Savannah Park!
So happy here! Quiet, modern, well maintained and I love that it’s a smaller complex so you don’t become just another “number”. Everyone that works here is efficient, sincere, courteous and professional. Great communication and follow through. I looked at many complexes but toured Savannah Park twice and just felt it was “home” ‼️5 ⭐️s‼️

The property management and maintenance team is proactive to the needs of the residents. The property is beautifully maintained and I am proud to call The Lofts at Savannah Park my home.
I have lived here for 8 months now, and I honestly do not think I could have found a better apartment complex! Living in a smaller community can sometimes have its disadvantages in terms of resources available to tenants, and to the management team in regards to the allocation of funds/etc., but at The Lofts this is far from the case. Amenities are nice, but nothing tops "feeling safe" and that is the single greatest asset of living at the Lofts at Savannah Park. There's no place like home and that is how my wife and I feel about living here now for nearly two years. Enough said...
Just want to give another "SHOUIT-OUT" to our maintainence guys, Marcus and Eddie. This morning Eddie was in our hallway with ladder and radio, listening to some quiet music, and replacing lightbulbs. I had not even noticed they were out.
