RecommendedWe have lived here at The Lofts for over 2 years now. I have nothing but good things to say about the property, apartments, amenities and all of its staff. From the maintenance team to the property management team, everyone is always responsive and receptive to our requests, suggestions or comments. We just renewed our lease and we are looking forward to another great year!!
Great apartment styles. Very spacious and virtually no carpet!! More than enough space for two people to share a one bedroom. In unit washer drier is a huge plus for the price here along with attached garage.
We have been living here for 2 years now and we are loving it. The community is wonderful mix of people who are friendly. The staff are always smiling and waving as we walk around. The amenities are such a plus while you live here. Especially for those coffee lovers........ Hands down the best maintenance staff. Great bunch of guys. Very responsive. Much to do here in Malta. This is an up and coming town. It’s great to watch as we see all the new businesses pop up. Keep up the great work Lofts!!!! G&C
I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Lofts. I moved here three years ago as a single woman and will be upgrading to a two bedroom this winter. When apartment hunting with my boyfriend we could not find a better value than The Lofts. The location (right of exit 12 of I-87) is perfect, and the town of Malta offers just enough of everything you need. I just started my second year here at the Lofts and could not be happier. The location if fabulous and everything you need is right here. I love my apartment. I moved here from out of state and have found the Community wonderful. Everyone has been so supportive during these difficult times. The maintenance staff is the best!
My husband and I lived at the lofts for a little over 2 1/2 years. The first 6-12 months were great and then it quickly went down hill. We couldn’t decide if it was worse listening to our neighbor to the right having very loud intercourse (whose bed was on the other side of the same wall as ours) at 2 in the morning during the week OR our neighbor to the left who blasted rap music and would scream at people on the phone that he was going to kill them.
