I've been here for over a year and just renewed my lease. I've read the complaints and I think they are way off base. The staff is great and really helpful. The construction is finished, but it wasn't a secret that the place was still under construction when I moved in. I got a great rent incentive and it was worth it to me. I don't really hear my neighbors unless I'm in the hallway, and I do hear footsteps above - but that seems normal to me in an apartment. I LOVE the hallways, btw. Moving to The Lofts was one of the best decisions I ever made! The community is dog friendly, which is extremely important to me, my apartment is beautiful and the YMCA is on-site. I visited the newly opened palates studio the other day and was very impressed....I can't wait to be able to shop at the gourmet market that is opening soon. Everyone has been so welcoming at The Lofts and I highly recommend checking it out.
Noisy buildings you can hear every footstep of your neighbors constant constructiion noise ....Poor management.... I moved out.....
