After looking at several rental units in Loveland, I found The Lofts. There was no comparison in price, quality, amenities, location, and responsive landlords. The luxury finishes, the energy efficiency of the heating and cooling, and the beautiful large deck are absolutely perfect! Edie and Daryl are wonderful people who are communicative and respectful in every way. I have enjoyed living here and highly recommend this property.
I’d like to preface that I do not typically leave reviews like these. Our experience with the landlords of Lofts at Jefferson was incredibly discriminatory. Stating from the start of the tour who lived in their homes (illegal per fair housing) and stated they only want “good citizens” in their units. Denies applicants due to personal feelings and not based on income, credit, or background. If they don’t like you, you will get denied. My partner and I really enjoyed living here (we lived there for about three years). The space is perfect, and there’s lots of storage. I could go on about the place - it was a pleasure living there! Edie and Daryl were easy to get along with, accommodating, and responsive. If you’re looking for a place to rent I’d recommend the lofts!
Moved here with my partner in 2021 and are still living here happily. The units are beautiful, spacious, and unique. There’s plenty of storage, and lots of vertical space. I can’t say enough great things but here are some highlights: * location - walking distance to downtown and walking distance to multiple grocery stores, and pharmacies. When my husband and I moved to Colorado several years ago we were looking for a place that was walking distance from work and downtown, comfortable, quiet, and beautiful in design.
