My partner and I really enjoyed living here (we lived there for about three years). The space is perfect, and there’s lots of storage. I could go on about the place - it was a pleasure living there! Edie and Daryl were easy to get along with, accommodating, and responsive. If you’re looking for a place to rent I’d recommend the lofts!
Moved here with my partner in 2021 and are still living here happily. The units are beautiful, spacious, and unique. There’s plenty of storage, and lots of vertical space. I can’t say enough great things but here are some highlights: * location - walking distance to downtown and walking distance to multiple grocery stores, and pharmacies. We have been living at The Lofts at Jefferson for almost 18 months now and love it! With the high end finishes, dual large master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and walk-in closets as well as the high ceilings and overall energy efficiencies this has been the perfect space for us. I have lived at the Lofts at Jefferson since October 2015 with my partner Leah. WE LOVE IT. The space itself oozes luxury down to the details most people would never notice. Warm floors. Sky high ceilings. It's a joy to call it home. Edie is a fantastically responsive landlord. On the occasions when we have needed something, she is a text away and on it promptly. While I know I SHOULD buy something and stop renting... it's just SO NICE here!
