Love my apartment. The windows provide a lot of natural light and provide a beautiful view! Sometimes I hear the neighbors but not all the time thankfully. *UPDATE 11/25* I find the landlord company is acting shady about a recent rent increase. While I agree that I haven’t yet had an annual increase, they had me sign a yearly lease when I added a roommate during the summer…Then snuck an increase in after 5 months.
